Refund policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Some Items are non returnable for example drinks, snacks and gashapon. Clothing items are only able to be returned to a store credit, if it meets the previous conditions. Manga returns or exchanges will be carefully reviewed to ensure fairness to all customers. Neko Alley Anime reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the policy is being misused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at nekoalleyanime@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item. In the event that this happens, please contact us with pictures of the damaged item and we will replace or issue a partial or full refund. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Mystery Bundles or boxes are also not refundable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Clothes are only returnable in as a store credit as long as they are unworn and still have the tags.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In the event the item arrives damaged or defective and the return is accepted we can exchanged the item for the same exact item if it is available at the time.
